United Way of the Blue Mts has provided funding to bring Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to all of Umatilla County! Kids birth to age 5 can receive a developmentally appropriate book in the mail every month at no cost to families. Sign up here: https://imaginationlibrary.com/usa/.
